About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful implementation of infrastructure projects that positively impact the community.

As an integral member of our dynamic and collaborative team, you will provide essential project support, contribute to planning and reporting processes, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of infrastructure projects that meet our program goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze project data, providing detailed reports on project outcomes, and identifying potential issues or risks.
  • Support the planning, delivery, and monitoring of infrastructure projects within the program, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate records, supporting the reporting and planning processes, and contributing to risk management processes by assessing data from various sites.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals, compliance with internal processes, and continuous improvement efforts in data management, administrative practices, and overall project delivery.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong combination of analytical and project management skills, with a particular focus on data analysis and stakeholder engagement. You will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.

  • Proven experience in project support, planning, and reporting within a similar program or project delivery environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify key insights and risks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with other similar software is a plus.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with internal processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
