About the role:

Job Description
  • Preparing bids and tenders for various infrastructure projects including bridges, intersections, roads, and drainage.
  • Monitor current competitive prices, new techniques, and cost trends.
  • Develop accurate estimates through first principles pricing of direct and indirect job costs.
  • Develop, train, and identify improvements to the tendering systems, including facilitating team improvement and upskilling.

What you'll need:

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction cost planning, tendering, or project delivery working on diverse tenders/projects across Infrastructure.
  • Multi-disciplinary estimating experience on projects exceeding $20m.
  • Ability to lead a tender and work on multiple tenders concurrently.
  • Experience with Expert Estimation software.

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
