Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Leader to spearhead the success of our Sydney-based stores. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering a customer-first mindset, and developing Store Leaders across 10 locations.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, connecting all team members to our company philosophy and key brand focuses through focused communication and training plans.

  • Manage a team of 10-12 direct reports and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Lead by example to promote a customer-first mindset and ensure that every interaction is tailored to exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
