About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced Reward and Benefits Specialist to play a pivotal role in the implementation of our Workday Implementation. This is a transformative project for Flight Centre Travel Group, aiming to revolutionize the way our people realize their futures and our talent and remuneration management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our remuneration packages are not only competitive but also aligned with market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remuneration SME for the implementation of our HRIS, working closely with the project team.
  • Conduct ongoing benchmarking and analysis to ensure our remuneration packages remain competitive.
  • Support operational activities related to remuneration and benefits.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the People & Culture teams.
  • Assist with the administration and management of executive remuneration.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and legislative changes to ensure our global remuneration strategies are both effective and compliant.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Reward Specialist or in a similar remuneration-focused role.
  • Strong experience using benchmarking methodologies such as Aon/Radford and/or Mercer.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across various levels of the organisation.
