We offer a competitive salary in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this Reward Manager role in achieving our business objectives. Job Description


This is an exceptional opportunity for an established Reward Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Global Rewards Team based in Europe, you will play a critical role in delivering cyclical HR processes during busy periods for the business. Your duties will include:



  • Participating in HR Policy & Benefits projects at various levels, supporting capability building within HR, and championing continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborating with key business and HR leaders to deliver local business objectives alongside global reward strategies at a country level.
  • Acting as the lead remuneration specialist in country, working with global rewards teams to analyse benchmarking data, develop recommendations for annual pay review cycles, and implement reactive remuneration interventions as required.
  • Initiating, managing, and implementing HR policy reviews to maintain relevance and support the business agenda.
  • Partnering with other HR leaders to troubleshoot complex scenarios, applying a risk-based approach and strong judgment to reach the best outcome for the business.
  • Championing effective policy and benefits delivery through the HR Operating Model, building strong relationships with key HR stakeholders.
  • Leading assurance and governance of HR policies, remuneration, and benefits, providing guidance on policy application and administration.
  • Staying informed on legislative changes and market trends, managing potential implications for HR policies.
  • Managing third-party contracts and liaising with C&P and legal on policy matters.
  • Supporting external representation within industry and functional networks.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Business Degree or equivalent, along with relevant experience in remuneration, Oracle, and reward management. Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of the link between people and business strategy outcomes are essential.
