Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to lead our organisation's learning strategy, promoting a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective learning strategies aligned with our organisational objectives
  2. Design and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels
  3. Maintain and update our learning management system (LMS)
  4. Conduct needs analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in learning and development processes

Requirements:

  • Strong eLearning design skills and knowledge of eLearning content and development standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or Training and Education
  • Experience working in the not-for-profit sector

Essential Requirements:

  • NDIS Quality and Safeguarding commission worker screening check
  • Valid Working with Children's Check
  • Current Australian Drivers license
