Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training Professional to lead the delivery of Instructor-Led training content aligned with our overall strategy.

This role will require collaboration with various stakeholders across multiple business areas, prioritizing initiatives and driving value through effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive catalogue of learning offerings that meet business needs and strategic objectives
  • Design and facilitate structured, flexible, relevant, and engaging product-related training to support learners in achieving their goals
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement training programs
  • Support sales teams by delivering Train-the-Trainer workshops and ongoing coaching to enhance their training delivery skills
  • Lead safety leadership initiatives, ensuring a proactive approach particularly for learners attending training sessions

What We Are Looking For:

A confident and dynamic professional with a passion for coaching and development. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, demonstrated through rapid rapport building and influence over a broad range of learners.

Other key requirements include:

  • Sound commercial and customer service experience
  • Familiarity with our products and services
  • Experience in delivering live presentations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills (written & oral)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded
