We're seeking a Training & Development Professional to lead high-quality online training sessions from our Melbourne studio.

About the Role:

You'll play a crucial role in supporting and upskilling staff, ensuring consistent knowledge and application of our systems and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging live virtual training sessions on various topics related to business processes, systems, and customer service.
  • Presentation skills include clear, concise delivery adapted to different learning needs.
  • Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities to reinforce learning.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to understand training needs and content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants as needed.
  • Maintain accurate training materials and a well-prepared virtual learning environment for each session.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure training accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering training, ideally in a virtual setting.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with a confident delivery style.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and related technology.
  • Able to explain information clearly and adapt to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the automotive industry or customer service is beneficial.
