About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the provision and evaluation of education and training programs for staff and volunteers. You will support the continuous improvement program for our residents and staff, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of education and training programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of education and training programs
  • Support the continuous improvement program for residents and staff
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver education and training activities
  • Sound written and oral communication skills
  • Capacity to achieve goals within set timeframes
  • A sound understanding of and compliance with WHS and risk management standards
  • Sound computer skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Sound relationship building, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
