The Role

  • Develop, implement, and review Individualised Learning Plans for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress, using data to inform instructional strategies and support differentiation.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement tailored educational strategies that meet individual student needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to student support and wellbeing.
  • Provide direct learning support to students across all grade levels, addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges through targeted interventions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education, distance learning, and learning enrichment strategies.
