The Role
- Develop, implement, and review Individualised Learning Plans for students with diverse learning needs.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress, using data to inform instructional strategies and support differentiation.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement tailored educational strategies that meet individual student needs.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to student support and wellbeing.
- Provide direct learning support to students across all grade levels, addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges through targeted interventions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education, distance learning, and learning enrichment strategies.

Has an active Christian faith, suitable qualifications and/or experience in administration, excellent organisational and communication skills, and is able to receive feedback and be a team player.
