This pivotal role involves the day-to-day management and organisation of the centre, including the provision of high-quality care and education for children. You will also oversee the supervision and development of centre educators and workers to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic management of the Child Care Centre
  • Provision of exceptional care and education programs
  • Development and supervision of centre staff
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Early Childhood Education (recognised University Degree or Diploma)
  • Completion of Child Protection Course - Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk of Harm
  • Compliance with Authorised/Nominated Supervisor requirements as per the Education and Care Services National Law and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2018
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training meeting ECS National Regulations 2018 standards
  • Minimum two years' experience in child care as an Authorised/Nominated Supervisor
  • Working With Children Check Number
  • Cleared National Police Check
