About the RoleWe are seeking experienced nurses to join our care team on a part-time basis (minimum 20 hours per week). Our ideal candidate is a kind, caring, and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Your Responsibilities- Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, personalized, and tailored to their unique needs.
- Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by our care designers.
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Conduct Nursing Assessments.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for your own behaviour & success.
- CPR & First Aid Certification.
- A car & valid driver's license.
- A National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector).
- A Working With Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Approval.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
