Compassionate Care Specialist

We are seeking a Compassionate Care Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to bring empathy, respect and understanding to the lives of our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents. This will include:
- Providing care in line with resident's individual care needs
- Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Completing all documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant processes
- Establishing positive relationships with residents
You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and make every day the best it can be for our residents.
About YouTo be successful, you'll need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
