Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Compassionate Care Specialist to provide high-quality care that supports the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of our clients in a modern aged care home.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, as well as 4-5 years of relevant experience in an aged care home. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with older people and their families.

In this rewarding role, you will be part of a positive team culture and help create a warm, welcoming environment where clients truly feel at home.
