Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a person-centred approach when working with clients to promote independence and maximise choice and control.
  • Ensure accurate records of all shift service delivery activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to all core behaviours of the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Certificate 4 in Disability.
  • Working with Children's Check (Employee).
  • Full Covid Vaccinations.
  • Car and Driver's Licence.
  • CPR & First Aid.
  • Valid Working Rights in Australia.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Current Police Check.
