Customer Insights Manager
">We are seeking a skilled Customer Insights Manager to join our team.
">This role involves leading the use of advanced analytical techniques for exploring data to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision making across compliance programs.
">The ideal candidate will have strong financial services experience, especially in consumer or business banking, and experience working in agile frameworks and familiarity with the rituals.
">In this role, you will mentor and coach analysts to develop their technical skills, work on compliance communications (AML, privacy, conduct risk) and data quality frameworks, and lead in analytics end-to-end under tight timeframes.
">You will be responsible for coaching and guiding junior analysts, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
">Requirements:
">- Strong background in financial services, preferably in consumer or business banking
">- Experience working in agile frameworks and familiarity with the rituals
">- Ability to mentor and coach analysts to develop their technical skills
">- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
">- Sound foundation in SQL and analytics
