Job Title: Resident Support Liaison

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Resident Support Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of residents, as well as effective management and escalation of incidents during night shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and verification: Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
  • Operations management: Manage night shift operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Account resolution: Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, resolve any discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Premises security: Ensure the security and safety of the premises during the night, monitoring CCTV systems, and promptly addressing any security concerns or emergencies.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service/operations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
