Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in customer service, including metrics such as high customer satisfaction ratings and low complaint rates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
