Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a customer service and sales representative. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same. You will have the chance to work independently and as part of a team, supporting your colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Sharing product knowledge and making recommendations to customers to drive sales growth
  • Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range, including craft, sewing, and home decorating products
  • Working effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Contributing to sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience or customer service background, preferably in a similar industry
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
