The Customer Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at one of our premier commercial assets.

Job Overview

This key position oversees the customer solution strategy, reporting directly to the General Manager. As the primary contact for all customer activities and tenant-related queries, you will collaborate across national teams to deliver seamless services, events, and innovative customer initiatives that bring the building to life.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the property's Service Ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely closure of all open TWRs.
  • Lead the Concierge Teams, aligning standards with the building/precinct's vision and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee space curation, developing and strengthening relationships with external partners, and ensure visitors and tenants receive a positive and consistent experience.
Role Requirements

We seek an experienced professional with at least 4 years in customer service, placemaking, marketing, or events management. Ideally, you'll have tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or event management. Key skills include excellent communication, strong relationship-building abilities, creative thinking, problem-solving, and a proactive approach.
