Facilities Management Position

We are seeking a skilled facilities management professional to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of commercial and industrial properties in the Pennant Hills area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain building presentation standards by ensuring all plant and equipment is properly maintained.
  • Create specifications and schedules for preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with property teams to develop comprehensive capital expenditure plans.
  • Respond to and manage ad-hoc requests for repair and maintenance.
  • Provide regular reports on any significant issues affecting the property.
Key Qualifications:
  • A strong customer service focus and ability to build client relationships.
  • A goal-oriented approach, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Extensive experience in property/facilities/project management, as well as knowledge of building technical services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite products, punctuality, presentation, helpfulness, and reliability.
