Facilities Management Role

This position is crucial in driving strategic property investments and facility improvements across a national network. The Facilities Manager plays a key part in ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient property footprint aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support property projects including site upgrades, security enhancements, branding, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and assist with procurement related to property works.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance by liaising with landlords and branch managers.
  • Provide facilities management support across the national branch network.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience in commercial facilities management
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general equipment familiarity
