Job Description

The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator role supports strategic property investments and facility enhancements across our national network.

  • Leads property projects including site upgrades, security improvements, branding, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manages supplier relationships and assists with procurement related to property works.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinates reactive and preventative maintenance by liaising with landlords and branch managers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates wash bay and security upgrades, solar installations, and capital site improvements.
  • Provides planning, administrative, and supplier management support for various projects.
  • SUPPORTS environmental initiatives and contributes to a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in commercial facilities management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong contractor management skills with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
