We are seeking a seasoned facilities professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional building operations and presentation standards.

As part of our wider Real Estate Management division, you will develop key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to enhance the environmental performance of our clients' assets.

  • Oversight of daily operations, presentation, security, maintenance, and safety of allocated properties.
  • Management of tenant and service provider relationships; collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Ensuring building compliance and driving engineering standards and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager in Commercial or Retail environments.
  • Excellent time management with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using building maintenance and management software.
  • Skilled in building trusted relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
