Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of freehold and leasehold properties across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including EV charging stations.
  • Liaise with owners, occupiers, and stakeholders to resolve lease matters, handle renewals, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate lease management data, oversee financial transactions, and monitor critical lease dates.
  • Coordinate day-to-day maintenance, manage contractor performance, and support operational excellence across our property network.
  • Assist with procurement, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and provide monthly leasing support to our finance team.
Requirements:
  • A property-related qualification and at least 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lease administration and renewal negotiations.
  • High-level commercial and financial acumen, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
