About This Role

As a key player in our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding brand presence across customer segments. Your focus will be on building strategic partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and executing strategies to drive premium brand growth in local markets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth & Expansion:
    • Cultivate relationships with distributors, retailers, and On Premise customers, focusing on increasing brand presence and revenue across key markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with key customers, providing innovative solutions that meet their needs and align with our objectives.
  • Strategic Sales Execution:
    • Present compelling commercial strategies to customers, emphasizing profitable growth and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights:
    • Gather market data to inform business development strategies, conducting regular performance analysis to refine plans and ensure success.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Foster collaboration with internal teams in marketing, sales, and product development to align business strategies and execute seamlessly across all customer touchpoints.
About You
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the On Premise channel or beverage alcohol industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities, developing territory plans, and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand financial management, budget allocation, and revenue optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to achieving business goals.
  • Ability to travel as required.
