Job Description:

As a seasoned administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our administrative processes.

- Compliance Management: Ensure all administrative activities align with NDIS guidelines and regulations.

- Client Onboarding Specialist: Facilitate the onboarding process for new NDIS participants, ensuring a smooth transition into our support services.

- Customer Interaction Manager: Interact with NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators to facilitate effective communication and service coordination.

- Documentation Coordinator: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, reports, and other administrative documents.

- Scheduling Expert: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events to optimize resource utilization.

- Team Collaboration Leader: Collaborate with various teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

- Problem Solver: Address and resolve administrative issues promptly and efficiently.

- Business Process Improvement Specialist: Actively seek ways to enhance and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance across all administrative activities.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our support services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in NDIS office administration.
  • In-depth understanding of NDIS policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and systems.
  • Able to identify and solve problems proactively.
  • A proactive approach to business improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.
