Role Summary

\

This role offers the opportunity to support individuals with disability in living comfortably and confidently in the community.

\

Key responsibilities include administration tasks, supervision of Disability Support Workers, and coordination within the team to ensure smooth delivery of services.

\

Administration duties involve maintaining quality NDIS disability services for all customers while enabling independent living in alignment with individual plans and service offerings.

\

The position requires a hybrid skill set involving administration, supervision, and support hours.

\

Apart from onboarding new clients and ensuring required tasks are fulfilled, you will be responsible for creating Service agreements and updating them when required.

\

Liaising with Support coordinators, families, clients, Pharmacy, GP, OT, Physio, and other relevant team members is also essential for effective site operations.

\

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring required tasks are fulfilled\
  • Creating Service agreements and updating them when required\
  • Liaising with Support coordinators, families, clients, Pharmacy, GP, OT, Physio, and other relevant team members\
  • Creating client profiles in CRM and entering funding into the system\
  • Supervising site operational activities, including client service delivery, site safety, and customer care\
  • Supporting financial performance of the home service site through effective management of operating expenditure\
  • Providing support to clients aligned to their personal plans, goals, and requirements\
  • Supervising a small team on a rotating roster to maintain effective site operations\
  • Ensuring team member awareness of individual client requirements\
  • Delivering and encouraging others in accurate documentation of activities\
  • Medication Management and Behavior Support supervision and monitoring\
  • Ensuring all client assessments are up to date and organization compliance in-service delivery\
  • Assisting with participant physical and mobility requirements\
  • Report writing for NDIS plan reviews and assisting with review process\
  • Assisting in continuous improvement of policies and documents related to client's care needs\
