About the Opportunity:

This senior marketing position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies within the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a strategic marketing plan with clearly defined sales and operational objectives to support sales targets across all brands.
  2. Broaden brand awareness in both trade and consumer environments.
  3. Manage brand positioning, creative development, and consistency across all marketing touch points.
  4. Collaborate with global teams to continually build and develop brand strategies online and offline.
  5. Direct tactical marketing campaigns across all marketing pillars: consumer advertising, trade marketing, direct sales, digital marketing, social media platforms, partnership marketing, publicity, and promotions.
  6. Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  7. Align local marketing efforts with global initiatives for shared learning and synergy.

About You:

  • Australian work authorization.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Expertise across brand management, digital marketing, trade marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at business levels.
  • Success in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
