The Role of a Structured Credit Syndicator in Asia Pacific
About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Structured Credit Syndicator in the Asia Pacific region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pricing and structuring of non-flow and flow loan products
- Underwriting and analysis of loan products
- Client-facing activities, including pitching and marketing
- Training and supporting the credit sales team
- Providing distribution input for portfolio management during secondary/portfolio sales
Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or business
- At least 6 years of experience in investment banking, preferably in a loan syndicate role
- Strong technical knowledge of the Asia Pacific loan syndication markets
- Proven analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business lines, and investors
