
Administrative Coordinator for Business Growth

Are you a highly organized individual looking to take on a new challenge in administration? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
- This is a unique chance to support business growth by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including HR administration, accounts management, project crew onboarding, and logistics planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office functions to maintain a compliant and organized workspace.
- Monitor key dates and timelines, maintaining updated systems and documentation.
- Support job scheduling, resource allocation, onboarding, and client site preparations.
- Handle travel and accommodation bookings and advise staff and clients accordingly.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliation, payroll, and bookkeeping using Xero.
- Procure site equipment, supplies, inventory management, and other duties as directed.
- Lead process improvement initiatives collaboratively to support business expansion.
- Manage document and electronic filing systems.
Requirements:
- A personable individual with experience in administration management, preferably in a mining or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work methodically.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Xero accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
