The Business Administrator provides essential administrative support to ensure quality processes and regulatory requirements are met within this innovative AgTech company. Role Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the Operations Manager with the day-to-day coordination and smooth running of the office
  • To keep documents up to date in line with industry standards
  • To make sure company documents are correct, kept up-to-date, properly organised and regularly checked according to the rules for managing document
  • To liaise with regulatory, accreditation and livestock traceability authorities where needed
  • To support a collaborative workplace culture while maintaining professional stakeholder relationships and assisting with office operations and team initiatives

Skills you will need:

Essential:

  • Experience in administrative management
  • Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A knowledge and understanding of agriculture
  • Strong time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A team player able to work cross-functionally to meet business objectives
  • A problem solver with a professional manner
  • Proficient IT skills (MS Office Suite)

Desirable:

  • An understanding of regulations related to AgTech or livestock traceability
  • Experience in QMS and successful audit coordination
  • A working knowledge of ISO regulatory frameworks and CRM systems
