
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, efficient and has excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including:
- Managing internal and external correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Developing and maintaining procedures and manuals
- Providing high-quality customer service to customers
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in areas such as Microsoft Office and data analysis.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
