Work with Injury Claims

Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims and support people through challenging times. Assess claims accurately, ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements in accordance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage a portfolio of personal injury claims for small, medium, and large employers
  • Evaluate complex information to make sound decisions about claim entitlements
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and legislative authorities
  • Prioritize tasks to meet key deadlines and deliver a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide proactive case management
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy and compassion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Relevant industry experience or training, particularly in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims
