About the Role

As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases from inception to finalisation in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

The role involves proactive management of claims for individuals injured at work, focusing on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return to work and health outcomes.

  • Manage claims from inception to finalisation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

  • Make key decisions on liability, assess benefits, treatment and rehabilitation requirements in line with relevant laws.
