  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, equipment, and surrounding spaces.
  • Assist with hydration monitoring, special events, and other activities that promote resident engagement.

Working collaboratively with team members, you will ensure the effective running of the household, focusing on resident needs and preferences.

Key Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families.
  • Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs of residents.
  • Certification in Aged Care, Food Safety, or similar (desired).
  • A warm and empathetic approach, with a genuine interest in promoting resident wellbeing.
