Hospitality Assistant Job Description

Provide exceptional dining services to residents in a residential aged care setting. Coordinate meal services, maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure resident needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meal services, servery, buffets, and beverage stations
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, kitchenette, and equipment
  • Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and in line with residents' care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A heart and passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Cert III in Aged Care, Food Safety, or similar (desirable)
