**Join a driven and dynamic team to support and secure new business opportunities**

We are seeking driven and dynamic **Homes and Living Champion**s** to support business development and growth for our expanding sales channel at New Horizons. The primary focus is around vacancy management for our Supported Independent Living (SIL) channel to ensure we provide accommodation options that offer our customers the ultimate supports and access to the community. Consult and respond to new customer enquires seeking accommodation with 24/7 support. Collaborate with the BDL to navigate external stakeholders to the sales cycle conclusion.

These positions will report to the **Business Development Lead** based at our North Ryde Head Office, close to public transport and entertainment centres.

**The role**:

- Provide sensitive and secure customer interaction to build confidence in New Horizons product offerings
- Assess and respond to SIL customer enquiries
- Correctly record the customer journey
- Identify service opportunity for new and existing customers
- Support and enhance the New Horizons customer experience
- Attend event promotions and customer engagement opportunities where necessary

**Your experience**:

- Entry to or 2 - 3 years' experience in sales, communications and/or marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Confident and eloquent phone manner
- Consultative selling experience
- The ability to think outside the box to provide people focused solutions
- You're a people person
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong PC skills
