Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Director to oversee daily operations in our Liverpool Outlet Store. As the key leader, you will be responsible for watching over sales, managing inventory, and arranging product displays to ensure the store runs smoothly.

You will lead and train the sales team, helping them meet their goals and provide great service to customers. Your focus will be on making sure every customer has a great experience, finding what they need and resolving any issues that come up.

You will also analyze sales data to help make smart decisions that keep the store successful. With your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team, you will bring more people into the store and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prior retail management or related field experience.
  • Strong leadership, training, and motivation skills for the sales team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on personalized experiences.
  • Able to set and achieve sales targets for both individuals and the store.
  • Skilled in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Familiarity with maintaining store appearance and implementing visual merchandising strategies.
  • Understanding of and ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating reports for informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
