Financial Operations Specialist Level 2

The role of an Administered Revenue Officer (Level 2) involves delivering operational financial services in a collaborative team environment, ensuring positive outcomes through collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Delivering daily quality assurance for reconciliations and team outputs during end-of-month activities and audit requests.
- Monitoring internal controls over financial data on a bi-daily basis.
- Extracting and analysing financial data to create reports, identify business improvements for efficiency, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Overseeing all financial transactions in the general ledger and client accounts, including allocation of payments and refunds to clients.
- Providing support to the team with complex escalations.
- Experience in client accounting and general ledger management.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of and applied experience in analysing and interpreting financial data.
