Financial Operations Specialist

The primary role of the Financial Operations Specialist is to manage a wide range of financial and accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and monthly reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure data integrity of the general ledger and accurately report financial information in compliance with current accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and P&L reporting.
- Assist with the monthly Group financial performance reporting and designated month-end balance sheet reconciliations by the due date.
- Oversee timely and accurate processes, including revenue and expense recognition, overhead allocations and accruals.
- Assist with preparation of data for annual financial statements and income tax returns to ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory reporting requirements.
- Assist with BAS and IAS returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor Degree Qualifications in Finance or a related field.
- Complete (or in progress) CA or CPA Qualifications.
