About This Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple financial processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations. You will work closely with our outsourced team and collaborate with departments to maintain seamless financial operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and payment processing
  • Coordinate with our team and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Prepare and review financial reports to provide timely and accurate information

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles. Your passion for financial accuracy and operations will shine through in your work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential. Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP software is a plus.

A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. You must be fluent in English and hold full working rights within Australia.
