Financial Operations Specialist

We are committed to driving business success and making a positive impact on society. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and integrity of our financial processes.

You will be responsible for executing and validating daily payment requests and global payment files to guarantee accurate and compliant processing. You will also manage treasury transactions and maintain the accuracy and reliability of financial data using Intellimatch and GTreasury.

  • Executing and validating daily payment requests and global payment files.
  • Managing treasury transactions and maintaining accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Overseeing the Partner AMEX process, including reconciliation and proactive resolution of outstanding balances.
  • Providing operational support for trust-related activities and serving as a key contact for financial queries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication and active listening skills. They will also have adaptability and intellectual curiosity, embracing change and demonstrating a high level of learning agility.
