Financial Operations Specialist

The role of a Financial Operations Specialist is to oversee the financial management of various projects within an organization. This includes working closely with the Project Management Unit (PMU) to provide accurate budget information and forecast reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and maintaining financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
- Creating and updating revenue schedules for each project to guarantee high accuracy of revenue recognition;
- Reviewing and approving client invoices within financial systems to prevent any discrepancies;
- Ensuring timely reconciliation and clearance of outstanding items relating to Work-in-Progress/Unbilled Revenue;
- Maintaining up-to-date cost forecasts for all projects to inform strategic business decisions;
- Providing expert support to PMUs with all financial and compliance matters.
You will possess prior experience in finance or project management, as well as excellent Excel skills and the ability to navigate complex systems. A collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
