Job Summary

The National Manager Service Delivery and Support will lead a team of senior staff under a framework of continual quality improvement. This role oversees operational service improvement initiatives, centralized operations functions and systems, development of staff resources, and reviews core policies and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead service improvement through an integrated approach and collaborate with operations teams to deliver services, staff, and community.
  • Provide training support, tools, and resources for the National Service Delivery and Support Team.
  • Revise processes for successful staff induction and onboarding of new staff.
  • Establish governance and process by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide operational business requirements for system improvements and upgrades.
  • Establish operational systems and reporting requirements and processes.
  • Develop project plans for service improvement and operational initiatives.
  • Build networks including domain experts, government bodies, and other housing providers.
  • Foster respectful working relationships with Housing staff and stakeholders.
Requirements for Success
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the social housing sector.
  • Experience developing professional documents including policies, user guides, design briefs, and management reports.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with high-level customer service focus.
  • Ability to develop learning tools and manage concurrent projects.
  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams skills.
