About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious leader to oversee one of our high-performing national teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our portfolio of clients.

This role combines operational excellence, team leadership, and strategic oversight. You will contribute to the end-to-end client experience, ensure adherence to service level agreements, support day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with client needs. You will also play a key role in escalations, working directly with clients and stakeholders across the business to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Service Delivery or a closely related discipline inside an MSP, MSSP, or IT integrator environment
  • Solid commercial acumen, with the proven ability to deliver outcomes for clients
  • Deep understanding of ITIL-based service delivery and a passion for structured, high-quality client service
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes
