Project Support Specialist

This role involves providing high-level project support, drafting documentation, and implementing projects aligned with the strategic policy agenda. The successful candidate will provide guidance to relevant managers and team members as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and deliver strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with organisational goals and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure adherence to policies, legislation, and business functions, manage risks, resolve issues, and support meetings and negotiations.
  • Provide strategic advice on complex issues, develop practical solutions, and prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and project documentation for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and delivery, together with organisational skills and ability to plan, coordinate, and be responsible for several concurrent project activities.
  • High-level strategic, conceptual, analytical, and creative skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds.
  • Interpersonal and oral communication skills, including building productive relationships with stakeholders and communicating and resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation in various formats for a range of target audiences.
  • Capacity to model agile, flexible, and innovative work practices to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a member of a team, fostering a productive work ethic and positive workplace culture.
