About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Support Specialist to contribute to the integration of systems and processes across multiple business groups. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive team player with strong collaboration skills to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion effective integration of systems and processes to enhance business performance.
  • Source, collate and analyse data, and develop reports to agreed timeframes and deadlines.
  • Utilise project management and reporting systems and associated applications.
  • Collaborate to promote a friendly and performance-oriented team culture.
  • Help achieve Capital Works Program performance targets through effective collaboration and process alignment.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Project Management or Business/Finance.
  • Demonstrable understanding of project and program delivery management systems, terminology and concepts.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role such as Project Support Officer or Project Controller, within private or public sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience within water utility sector highly regarded.
  • Proactive team player with proven ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and consult with internal and external stakeholders.

The Details

This role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport and attracts a salary package.
