We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Rehabilitation team. This role will be based in Hobart, offering a flexible hybrid working environment.

As a rehabilitation consultant, you'll empower injured clients to thrive through innovative support and solutions. You'll guide them through their recovery journey with expertise and care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your client portfolio with dedication and attention to detail
  • Establishing collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
  • Conducting vocational and non-vocational assessments to provide tailored support

You'll need to have:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in workplace rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
