Job Description

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to deliver premium professional learning experiences.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to support the delivery of customised courses, working closely with the Manager, Executive Education after the completion of initial scoping and development phases.

The Role

  • Provide project management support for the development and implementation of customised courses.
  • Host live sessions online using a range of learning tools, focusing on client service and operational excellence.

You will be a key member of a collaborative and high-performing team, delivering outstanding learning experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver administrative and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of professional education projects.
  2. Collaborate with the Manager, Executive Education to develop and implement customised courses.
  3. Host live sessions online, utilizing a range of learning tools to enhance the client experience.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in program delivery and events or communications management.
